Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Mr. Lube + Tires. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales associates and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Supervise and manage a team of 5-10 sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, merchandising, and visual displays.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and other key metrics to inform business decisions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of retail management experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
