About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations: Supervise and coordinate the activities of retail store staff, ensuring efficient store operations and excellent customer service.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Analyze sales data and develop strategies to increase sales and improve merchandising practices.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, manage stockroom operations, and ensure accurate inventory reporting.
  • Employee Development: Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to retail store staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Customer Service: Foster a positive customer experience by ensuring prompt and courteous service, resolving customer complaints, and addressing customer feedback.
  • Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is well-maintained, clean, and safe for customers and employees.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, inventory reports, and other relevant data to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 32-40 hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
