Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement applications to support projects, departments, organizations, or corporate services.
  • Translate business requirements into systems design and technical specifications.
  • Analyze and recommend alternatives and options for technical solutions.
  • Provide system expertise to both functional and technical teams to ensure effective integration of solutions across the application(s).
  • Provide application support to end-users by troubleshooting and correcting issues, providing training, and reporting to management.
Requirements:
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting and making minor modifications in Digital Workplace Catalog and DWP.
  • Familiarity with installing/patching ITSM (ARS, AI, CMDB, ITSM RKM, SLM) plus Smart IT and DWP & DWPC all v20.x and newer.
  • Familiarity with data configurations of ITSM (ARS, AI, CMDB, ITSM RKM, SLM) plus Smart IT and DWP & DWPC all v20.x and newer.
  • Familiarity with Smart Reporting install configurations and ability to make minor modifications.
  • Ability to review Remedy workflow via DevStudio and troubleshoot performance issues, including enabling various kinds of logs and identifying workflows or platform aspects from a root cause analysis.
