Nextgen System Canada is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, preparing documents, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and schedules
  • Order office supplies and manage inventory
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Experience with scheduling software and conference planning
  • Knowledge of industry-specific software and systems
