Human Resources Coordinator

The HR Coordinator is a pivotal role in supporting the P&C People Partners, focusing on various administrative and tactical tasks, as well as providing customer service to employees and leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment, ensuring a consistent and positive candidate experience.
- Facilitate and manage employee orientation and onboarding, ensuring a seamless transition into the company.
- Process all actions related to the employee life cycle, from hiring to offboarding.
- Collaborate with People Partners to implement and manage P&C programs and services, maximizing their effectiveness.
- Support the coordination of employee changes and run reports as required in the HRIS system.
- Develop and implement corporate-wide programs, promoting employee engagement and growth.
Requirements
- Human Resources Education (Diploma/Certificate/Degree) or a related field is an asset.
- Demonstrated strong problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) is required.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to handle confidential information.
- Bilingual French/English is an asset.
