Human Resources Coordinator, Veterinary Medical Centre

The Human Resources Coordinator provides high-level support and coordination to the Veterinary Medical Centre (VMC) within the Western College of Veterinary Medicine.
Key Responsibilities- Recruitment and onboarding of clinic employees
- Development of standard and ad hoc reports, templates, dashboards, scorecards, and metrics
- Research, analysis, and presentation of data
- Generalist HR support, ensuring smooth functioning of the day-to-day human resources function
- Assistance in rollout and implementation of HR programs
- Compliance with Data Privacy and Protection Guidelines
- First point of contact for queries, issues, and concerns
- Relevant University degree, preferably in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum of two (2) years of generalist Human Resources experience
- Demonstrated ability to support senior level administrators and work effectively with confidential and sensitive information
