Job Title: Restaurant Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Subway. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Develop and implement effective operational strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase staff productivity.
  • Staff Management: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of staff to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customers receive a positive experience and are satisfied with their visit.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, monitor stock, and ensure that all products are stored and displayed in a clean and organized manner.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the restaurant is maintained in a clean and safe environment.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong focus on customer service.
