Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at SUBWAY. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Budgeting and Cost Control
Develop and manage budgets to determine the cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies, ensuring that we maintain a high level of profitability.
Operations ManagementEvaluate and improve daily operations, ensuring that our restaurant is running efficiently and effectively.
Staff ManagementMonitor and manage staff performance, providing coaching and training to ensure that our team members are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
Scheduling and PlanningPlan and organize daily operations, including staff schedules, inventory management, and cash handling.
Customer ServiceAddress customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Health and SafetyEnsure that our restaurant is in compliance with all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.
Marketing and SalesParticipate in marketing plans and implementation, ensuring that our restaurant is visible and attractive to our target market.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
Work Conditions and Physical CapabilitiesRepetitive tasks, physically demanding, and attention to detail.
Health BenefitsDental plan, health care plan, and work term: permanent.
Work LanguageEnglish.
Hours30 to 40 hours per week.
