About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at SUBWAY. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budgeting and Cost Control

Develop and manage budgets to determine the cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies, ensuring that we maintain a high level of profitability.

Operations Management

Evaluate and improve daily operations, ensuring that our restaurant is running efficiently and effectively.

Staff Management

Monitor and manage staff performance, providing coaching and training to ensure that our team members are equipped to provide excellent customer service.

Scheduling and Planning

Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling staff and managing inventory.

Cash Handling and Administration

Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms, ensuring that our financial records are accurate and up-to-date.

Inventory Management

Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.

Health and Safety

Ensure that our restaurant meets all health and safety regulations, providing a safe and healthy environment for our customers and staff.

Marketing and Customer Service

Participate in marketing plans and implementation, ensuring that our restaurant is visible and attractive to customers.

Customer Relations

Address customers' complaints or concerns, ensuring that we provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues promptly.
