Food Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Operations Manager to join our team at 1367540 B.C. LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor Revenues and Labour Costs: Analyze financial data to determine labour costs and make informed decisions to optimize revenue.
- Staff Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess staff performance and provide constructive feedback to improve overall productivity.
- Operational Planning: Develop and implement daily operational plans to ensure seamless execution of tasks.
- Staff Recruitment and Scheduling: Recruit and schedule staff to meet business needs, ensuring adequate coverage and minimizing overtime.
- Staff Supervision and Training: Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Service Offerings and Operational Procedures: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Cash Handling and Reporting: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial records.
- Performance Reviews and Cost Control: Conduct performance reviews and implement cost-control measures to optimize business efficiency.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize waste.
- Health and Safety Regulations: Ensure that all staff adhere to health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to secure the best possible deals.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring strong organizational and time-management skills. The role involves a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with occasional standing for extended periods.
Requirements:- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.
- Language: English.
