We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Services Manager to join our team at 1367540 B.C. LTD. as a key member of our restaurant operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Monitor revenues to determine labor costs, balance cash, and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
  • Staff Management: Supervise staff, train staff, monitor staff performance, and recruit staff.
  • Operations Management: Plan and organize daily operations, determine type of services to be offered, and implement operational procedures.
  • Customer Service: Provide customer service, address customers' complaints or concerns, and negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, cost products and services, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Conduct performance reviews, provide awareness training to employees, and participate in government or community programs or initiatives that support persons with disabilities, newcomers and refugees, youth, Veterans, Indigenous people, and mature workers.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in food service management.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, repetitive tasks, attention to detail, combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
