  • Staff Supervision and Training: Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

  • Cash Handling and Reporting: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial records.

  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Health and Safety Regulations: Ensure that all staff adhere to health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to ensure competitive pricing and high-quality products.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring strong organizational and time-management skills. The role involves a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with occasional standing for extended periods.

Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in food service operations or a related field.
  • Language: English.
