Food Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Services Manager - Operations Lead to join our team at 1367540 B.C. LTD. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food services department.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Management: Monitor revenues to determine labor costs, balance cash, and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
- Staff Management: Supervise staff, train staff, and recruit staff to ensure a high-performing team.
- Operations Management: Plan and organize daily operations, determine the type of services to be offered, and implement operational procedures.
- Customer Service: Provide customer service, address customer complaints or concerns, and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
- Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews, cost products and services, and ensure that staff are meeting performance expectations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a food services management role.
- Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.
Our food services department operates in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, and will be able to stand for extended periods.
