Sales Representative

Graff Concrete ULC, a Penhall Company, is seeking a skilled Outside Sales Representative to support existing clients and grow new opportunities in the Toronto region.
The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated and energetic individual with a strong understanding of the construction industry and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain effective contact with potential buyers to sell construction services
- Plan, develop, coordinate, and manage onsite construction engineering activities for small projects
- Identify new work leads and manage lead follow-up, record keeping, and information distribution
- Learn to estimate jobs and meet with client management, staff, and supervisory personnel to explain company capabilities
- Represent the company during client and project management meetings and interface with on-site work groups to resolve problems and ensure quality of construction
- Bi-lingual (English and French)
- Four-year business or technical degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 5 years of related construction experience
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills
- Computer/Office Machines Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record required
