Inside Sales Representative Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Rentokil Initial. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in selling our Pest Management Services and Products to residential prospects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage inbound daily sales calls and consistently maintain company standard closing rates.
  • Effectively execute residential campaigns for both new and existing customers.
  • Work closely with Commercial Sales Representatives to sell additional line of businesses.
  • Utilize a Company CRM to set appointments for prospects.
  • Assist with data entry and entering jobs in off-season and when time permits.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Preferred post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Two years of experience in Business to Business sales.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time.
  • High level of organization skills.
  • Work well under pressure.
  • Prioritize work without direct supervision.
  • Call Center Sales experience is a plus.
