At TRANSNET FREIGHT LTD., we are seeking an experienced Office Operations Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.

The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role. They will be efficient in interpersonal skills, have excellent oral and written communication, and be organized and reliable.

The Office Operations Coordinator will be responsible for co-ordinating and planning for office services, assisting in the preparation of operating budget, and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls. They will also oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, assemble data, and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.

We offer a permanent position with 30 to 40 hours per week, and the work language is English.
