We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Operations Coordinator to join our team at Khasria Transport Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. They will also supervise and train other workers, record and prepare minutes of meetings, and determine and establish office procedures and routines.

The ideal candidate will have a secondary school graduation certificate and 1-2 years of experience in a similar role. They will be proficient in scheduling and confirming appointments, managing contracts, and overseeing payroll administration. Additionally, they will be responsible for greeting people, directing them to contacts or service areas, and recruiting and hiring staff.

The Office Operations Coordinator will work closely with our team to plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations. They will be responsible for compiling data, statistics, and other information, and overseeing the preparation of reports. The successful candidate will be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
