About the Role:

Behaviour Interactive is the largest Canadian gaming studio, with more than 1,300 employees worldwide. We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our Influencer Management and Public Relations efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Influencer Management and Public Relations strategy to drive the success of our current and upcoming live games;
  • Lead a team of influencer managers and PR managers, providing guidance and support to ensure the sound operation of our content creator program;
  • Foster collaboration with internal teams and external partners to drive the success of our PR efforts;
  • Establish and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) for Influencer and PR initiatives, and ensure their impact is communicated to partner teams and leadership;
  • Manage the Influencer and PR budgets for all our games, ensuring effective use of resources;
  • Mentor and coach team members to ensure their growth, development, and use of data-informed approaches to achieve marketing and business goals.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in the gaming or entertainment industry, with a proven track record of successfully launching games and working on Games-as-a-Service (GaaS) campaigns;
  • Knowledge of and/or a network within the current game community, influencers, and journalists is a strong plus;
  • A solid understanding of Influencer and PR KPIs, a track record of driving positive ROI, and a strong understanding of current game/entertainment Influencer and PR trends;
  • Experience managing influencer and PR teams, with a strong passion for team building and mentoring, self-motivated, able to develop new initiatives;
  • A proven track record as an exceptional collaborator working with partner teams to ensure the success of Influencer and PR efforts;
  • Fluency in English; speaking French is a strong plus.
