Role Overview:
In the capacity of Director of Influencer Management and Public Relations, you will define the strategic direction for the Influencer and PR teams dedicated to Behaviour's original titles. Your leadership will enhance awareness, broaden our reach, and ensure an exceptional experience for both the press and our communities. You will guide and mentor a diverse team of Influencer and PR Managers across various projects, acting as the internal advocate for our influencer and PR initiatives while ensuring seamless collaboration with Marketing, Product, and Production teams, reporting directly to the Head of Marketing Communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish the global strategy for Influencer management and Public Relations for both current and forthcoming live games;
- Empower your team to design and implement impactful influencer campaigns while ensuring the effective operation of our content creator program;
- Encourage collaboration with partners and nurture relationships with agencies and media outlets globally to enhance our PR success;
- Champion Influencer and PR initiatives, set measurable KPIs, and convey their significance to partner teams and leadership;
- Communicate insights from player experiences and address any negative feedback or press, including crisis management;
- Oversee and manage the Influencer and PR budgets for all gaming titles;
- Mentor and develop a team of influencer and PR managers, fostering their growth and encouraging data-driven strategies to meet marketing and business objectives.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 8 years of experience within the gaming or entertainment sector, demonstrating success in launching games and executing GaaS campaigns;
- A strong network within the gaming community, including influencers and journalists, is highly advantageous;
- A comprehensive understanding of Influencer and PR KPIs, with a proven ability to drive positive ROI and a keen awareness of current trends in gaming and entertainment;
- Experience in managing influencer and PR teams, with a passion for team development and the ability to initiate new strategies;
- A track record of effective collaboration with partner teams to ensure the success of Influencer and PR initiatives;
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French is a significant advantage.
