Role Overview:

As the Director of Influencer Management and Public Relations, you will establish the strategic direction for the Influencer and PR teams focused on Behaviour's original titles. Your leadership will enhance awareness, broaden our outreach, and ensure exceptional experiences for both the press and our gaming communities. You will guide and develop a team of Influencer and PR Managers, ranging from newcomers to seasoned professionals, across various game titles. Acting as the internal advocate for our influencer and PR initiatives, you will ensure effective collaboration with Marketing, Product, and Production teams, reporting directly to the Head of Marketing Communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define the global strategy for Influencer management and Public Relations for our live games;
  • Empower your team to design and implement impactful influencer campaigns while ensuring the effective operation of our content creator program;
  • Build partnerships and nurture relationships with agencies and media outlets worldwide to enhance our PR success;
  • Champion Influencer and PR initiatives, establish performance metrics, and communicate their effectiveness to partner teams and leadership;
  • Provide insights on player experiences and manage any negative sentiment or press, including crisis management;
  • Oversee and manage the Influencer and PR budgets for all game titles;
  • Mentor and develop a team of influencer and PR managers, fostering their growth and encouraging data-driven approaches to meet marketing and business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • At least 8 years of experience in the gaming or entertainment sector, with a proven track record in launching games and executing GaaS campaigns;
  • A robust network within the gaming community, including influencers and journalists, is highly advantageous;
  • Deep understanding of Influencer and PR performance metrics, a history of delivering positive ROI, and awareness of current trends in gaming and entertainment;
  • Experience in managing influencer and PR teams, with a strong commitment to team development and mentoring, self-driven, and capable of initiating new projects;
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with partner teams to ensure the success of Influencer and PR strategies;
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French is a significant asset.
