- Bachelor's Degree or Higher
- Strong B2B Sales and Sales Leadership Experience
- Superior Territory Management and FSA Penetration Strategies
- Ability to Coach and Develop Sales Managers
- Expertise in Navigating Sales Pipeline Development and Management Strategies
- Excellent Stakeholder Management Skills
