National Sales Director

Talis Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced National Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strategic relationships with key accounts, and developing new business opportunities in the private label food and beverage industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including Walmart, to drive sales growth and increase market share.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base and develop new relationships in the private label industry.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop custom products and special projects for clients, ensuring quality and satisfaction.
- Travel as necessary to trade shows, seminars, and customer meetings to foster and maintain key relationships.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent.
- Proven sales expertise in private label food and beverage industry.
- Must have National account management experience with Walmart.
- Must be fluent in English and French.
- 10+ years of experience in new business development and managing high-profile accounts.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence key decision-makers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); SAP experience is a plus.
- A proactive, self-motivated individual who can work independently or as part of a team.
- Collaborative and personable approach, with excellent business acumen and leadership skills.
