JOB SUMMARY:

The primary role is to ensure customers receive alterations that fit perfectly, feel comfortable, and enhance their appearance, thereby fulfilling the Company's commitment to delivering high-quality alterations.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist customers in trying on garments, taking precise measurements, and understanding their style preferences.
  • Take charge of fitting and pinning customers' clothing.
  • Execute basic clothing alterations, including sewing tasks.
  • Adhere to established protocols for customer service, resolving issues, and managing customer feedback.
  • Create a welcoming and comfortable environment for customers.
  • Suggest alteration options, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of our alteration methods and offerings.
  • Provide alternatives that align with the customers' budget or suggest complementary products to the alterations.
