What We're Looking For

The Client Relations Specialist will provide premier customer service to a portfolio of accounts, managing the end-to-end process from model year setup to vehicle activation. This role will also involve consulting with clients on new-vehicle acquisition, including policy, procedures, and media for order placement. Additionally, the Specialist will monitor activities across various teams to ensure a seamless delivery and provide analysis, consultation, and recommendations to support account development strategies.

A Day in the Life

  • Primary client contact and owner of the factory order acquisitions wing-to-wing process from model year setup to delivery.
  • Guide clients through the evaluation of models and manufacturers that best align with their overall fleet performance goals.
  • Assist clients with vehicle/specification decision-making.
  • Work directly with Commercial teams, including VP, AE, Sales, and Consultants, on account strategies.
  • Engage with Customer Service Associates to create and maintain Fleet specs.
  • Create LCCA, payment schedules, and Price & Specs.
  • Create OEM comparisons.
  • Make recommendations on best value packages and equipment.
  • Research and resolve client inquiries on various acquisitions-related tasks from order placement to delivery.
  • Interact with client's OEM rep as needed.
  • Keep clients abreast of OEM changes impacting their fleet.
  • Client point of contact for Fleet Select and DLO training and inquiries.
  • Manage clients' overall acquisition experience in accordance with the new-vehicle acquisition processes in conjunction with Commercial and FPS.
  • Create and maintain client-specific Fleet Specs throughout the year and obtain approval.

Requirements

  • College degree in business or related field (or equivalent business experience).
  • 3-4 years of business experience with client contact preferred.
  • Proficient use of MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).
  • Industry experience preferred.
  • Negotiation and analytical ability strongly desired.
  • Able to influence client behavior with diplomacy, analytical skills, coaching ability.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (oral/written).
  • Takes initiative, decision-making skills, and problem-solving ability.
  • Organization and time management skills.
  • Detail and results-oriented.
  • Relationship-building skills (internal/external); resourceful and can ask probing questions to anticipate needs.
