Job Overview:

As a Client Support Specialist at Konica Minolta, your primary role will be to deliver outstanding service to both external and internal clients through various communication channels including phone and email. You will be tasked with addressing client inquiries, accurately recording meter readings, overseeing service requests, verifying billing details, and swiftly resolving client concerns. Additionally, you will participate in special initiatives and provide support to your teammates as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Professionally respond to client calls and emails
  • Accurately log meter readings in the designated system
  • Oversee service requests to guarantee client satisfaction
  • Verify contracts for accurate billing
  • Address assigned service requests for resolution
  • Strive for first contact resolution whenever feasible
  • Support colleagues during their absence
  • Carry out other assigned responsibilities
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of Grade 12 education
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills via telephone
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Capability to perform under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows applications
  • Strong written communication abilities
  • Bilingual in French and English is preferred
