Learning & Development Strategist - Internal Audit

About the Role
As a Learning Advisor Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the learning landscape for Citibank Canada's Internal Audit team. You'll be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering impactful training programs that equip our audit professionals with the knowledge and skills they need to excel.
Your Impact
- Lead the development and execution of learning strategies for Internal Audit, focusing on key areas such as risk management, regulatory compliance, and technical auditing expertise.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify learning needs and develop tailored training solutions that address specific business challenges.
- Design and deliver engaging learning experiences using a variety of methods, including online courses, workshops, simulations, and mentoring programs.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in learning and development.
Your Expertise
- Proven experience in designing, developing, and delivering training programs within a financial services environment.
- Strong understanding of audit principles, risk management frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred.
