Internal Audit and Compliance Officer Role

We are seeking an experienced Internal Audit and Compliance Officer to support our team at beBee Professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing internal audit plans, assessing the effectiveness of internal controls, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute internal audit plans to ensure the effectiveness of internal controls
  • Assess and identify areas of risk, recommending corrective action to mitigate potential issues
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, maintaining a strong understanding of industry standards
  • Prepare and present audit reports to management, highlighting key findings and recommendations
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of corrective action plans, ensuring continuous improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors, fostering a collaborative environment
  • Assist in the development and implementation of internal audit policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with industry best practices
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in internal audit and/or compliance, with a strong understanding of industry regulations
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to learn new tools and technologies
