About the Role

The Learning Advisor Lead is a strategic professional who plays a critical role in shaping the learning and development strategy for the Internal Audit function at Citibank Canada. This is a key position that requires a deep understanding of the business and the ability to design and deliver complex learning programs that drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement learning strategies that align with the business objectives of the Internal Audit function.
  • Design and deliver learning programs that meet the needs of the global Internal Audit team, including training for new joiners, role-specific programs, and leadership development initiatives.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Collaborate with other learning professionals to develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy for the Internal Audit function.
  • Conduct analysis to identify gaps in current learning programs and develop solutions to address those gaps.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development and apply that knowledge to drive business outcomes.
Requirements
  • 6-10 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on instructional design and program management.
  • Extensive experience developing training modules with e-learning software, including Brainshark, Area 9, and DominKnow.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver complex learning programs that drive business outcomes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address gaps in current learning programs.
