Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Job Summary:

PIONEER #212 is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Supervise and train other workers to ensure seamless office operations
  • Determine office procedures and routines to optimize productivity
  • Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages to the relevant team members
  • Oversee employee data analysis and payroll administration to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Greet clients and visitors, directing them to the appropriate contact or service area
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks to maintain financial records

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and Adobe Acrobat Reader
  • Business terminology and acumen
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and a strong work ethic
