Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and organized Executive Administrator to join our team at Triple S Repairs Inc. in a permanent full-time capacity. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing administrative operations, managing office staff, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to office support staff to ensure effective workflow management.
  • Establish priorities and ensure adherence to established procedures and deadlines.
  • Administer policies related to record release under government legislation.
  • Coordinate office services, including accommodation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance.
  • Assist in preparing operating budgets and maintaining inventory controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence.
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • College/CEGEP education or equivalent.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with colleagues.
  • Familiarity with MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Benefits include competitive compensation, opportunities for professional growth and development, and a collaborative work environment.
