  • As a Help Desk Technician at Pi-squared Consulting, you will be the first point of contact for our clients with technical issues. Your primary responsibility will be to respond to technical queries, providing timely and effective solutions. Your tasks will include collecting and maintaining a log of problems and solutions, as well as providing business systems, network, and Internet support to our clients.
  • Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of computer systems, including MAC, networking hardware, and desktop applications. They will also have excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
