Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Synergy IT Solutions Inc. as a permanent employee.

Work Setting

This is a permanent position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as experience working in a fast-paced technical environment.

Responsibilities

The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support to users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring equipment, and providing training and guidance to employees.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have a strong background in computer systems and technology, with experience in Linux, networking software, and hardware. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Education and Experience

The ideal candidate will have a degree in a related field, such as computer science or information technology, and at least 1 year of experience in a technical support role. They will also have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Language and Work Environment

The successful candidate will be fluent in English and will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced technical environment. They will also be willing to relocate and travel regularly.
