Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

Company Overview: A2N is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical assistance to our clients.

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year

Job Description:

Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote desktop access.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with computer hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in technical support or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and technical tools such as Remedy or similar.
