A-1 WIRELESS INC. is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team.

Job Description

The Technical Support Specialist will provide exceptional customer service and technical support to users in response to identified difficulties.

This role involves consulting user guides, technical manuals and other documents to research and implement solutions, as well as collecting, organizing and maintaining a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts.

The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities and a passion for providing top-notch customer service.

Requirements
  • Educational background: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Work setting: Help desk, Telecommunications industry
Responsibilities
  • Provide business systems, network and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties
  • Perform Web-server backup and recovery operations
  • Provide customer service
