Proposal Manager

Valard Construction LP is seeking a highly skilled Proposal Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Commercial Department, you will be responsible for leading the creation and oversight of proposals for external submissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain proposal procedures and processes to ensure consistency and quality across all submissions.
- Provide leadership and planning to the Proposal Department to ensure effective execution of proposal development.
- Build and maintain relationships with other departments, offices, and sister organizations to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Manage and maintain all communications, information, and reporting distributed by the Proposal Department.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with clients to ensure successful proposal outcomes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of proposal-related experience, with 5-7 years of management and marketing/sales experience.
- Project management experience and/or training is an asset.
- Supply chain management experience and/or training is an asset.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe applications.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle proprietary information with discretion.
