Proposal Manager

Valard, a leading utility contractor, is seeking a highly skilled Proposal Manager to join their team. As a key member of the Proposal Department, you will be responsible for creating and overseeing proposals that showcase Valard's capabilities and expertise.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement proposal strategies to ensure consistency and quality across all proposals.
- Manage and train proposal coordinators to ensure timely and accurate proposal submissions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and develop proposal content.
- Review and edit proposal drafts to ensure accuracy and compliance with client requirements.
- Coordinate proposal submissions and follow up with clients to ensure timely receipt of proposals.
- 5+ years of experience in proposal management or a related field.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful proposal strategies.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
