Proposal Manager

Valard Construction LP is seeking a highly skilled Proposal Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Commercial Department, you will be responsible for leading the development and submission of proposals to secure new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement proposal strategies to meet business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to create high-quality proposals that meet client requirements
- Manage and maintain proposal databases and documentation
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop proposal content
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Provide training and guidance to proposal team members
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in proposal management or a related field
- Proven track record of successful proposal development and submission
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
