Job Title: Proposal Manager

Valard, a leading utility contractor in Canada, is seeking a highly skilled Proposal Manager to join their team. As a key member of the Proposal Department, you will be responsible for creating and overseeing proposals that showcase Valard's capabilities and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement proposal strategies to ensure consistency and quality across all submissions.
  • Manage and train Proposal Coordinators to ensure effective proposal development and submission.
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate proposal submissions.
  • Review and analyze proposal feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Valard's services and capabilities to effectively promote them in proposals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of proposal-related experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a management role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe applications, with experience in database management and data analysis.
