Job Title: Proposal Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Proposal Manager to join our team at the Valard Group of Companies. As a Proposal Manager, you will be responsible for the creation and oversight of the Proposal Department, ensuring consistency of process, quality, and content across all RFx submissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update Proposal Department procedures and processes to ensure smooth flow-through from opportunity identification to project award.
- Provide planning and leadership to the Proposal Department to ensure all appropriate structures, systems, and competencies are followed to meet objectives.
- Develop and build effective working relationships with clients and other departments.
- Review incoming requests and prepare Daily Opportunities listings.
- Manage and train Proposal Department personnel, overseeing daily activities and assignments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Communications, or relevant field.
- 5+ years of Proposal-related experience.
- 5-7 years of Management and Marketing/Sales experience.
- Project Management experience and/or training is an asset.
