Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Axiome Génie Conseil International Inc. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our team members, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Tasks: Open and distribute mail, prepare minutes of meetings, schedule appointments, and maintain inventory of office supplies.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients and internal stakeholders.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in Google Docs, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Office.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
- Experience: 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills: Ability to work independently, multitask, and prioritize tasks under pressure.
