We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at CANADA INC.
Job Summary:The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities. This role will involve a variety of tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and maintaining accurate records.

- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Familiarity with electronic schedulers and social media platforms.
- Security and Safety: Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and a high level of attention to detail.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
