Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Axiome Génie Conseil International Inc. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our team members, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to team members, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
  • Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and other productivity software.
