Job Title: Office Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at International Mobile Services Inc.

Job Summary:

The Office Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This includes managing office supplies, maintaining filing systems, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage office supplies, maintain filing systems, and perform data entry.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, answer phone calls, and respond to electronic enquiries.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research and analyze data to support business decisions.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Setting: Retail/wholesale establishment/distribution centre.
Preferred Skills:
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Google Docs, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, Google Drive, LinkedIn, and electronic mail.
