Job Title: Team Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Team Assistant to provide administrative support to our team in Western Ottawa. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities and providing exceptional customer service to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
  • Assist with operational functions, such as maintaining accurate records, processing requisitions, and ordering supplies.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, patients, and caregivers to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Perform other related duties as required to support the team's goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • High school graduation diploma plus one year of community college diploma in office administration, business, or health administration.
  • Minimum 18 months of experience in a similar customer service or related position in the health, social, or business administration fields.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of office procedures, including filing and record maintenance, and operation of telephone systems and office equipment.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
