Customer Experience Director

Highly motivated leaders wanted for a challenging role at Michaels.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain a customer-centric shopping environment by effective front-end operations and customer expectations.
• Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs to guarantee compliance with applicable laws and requirements.
• Lead team members to achieve their role Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Plan and execute class and in-store events in accordance with Company programs.
• Manage shrink and safety programs.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure excellent customer service.
Requirements:
• Retail management experience preferred.
• Ability to remain standing for long periods of time.
• Ability to move throughout the store.
• Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching.
• Lifting heavy boxes and accessing high shelves by ladder or similar equipment.
