Job Title: Customer Success Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Saint John, New Brunswick, Canada. This role will involve developing strong relationships with partners and customers to promote retention and loyalty.

About the Job

In this role, you will work closely with our existing customers to ensure they have the tools and support needed to succeed. You will engage with customers through various channels, providing helpful solutions and ensuring their satisfaction. Your day will be filled with:

  • Building and maintaining positive professional relationships
  • Engaging with customers via phone and email
  • Regularly checking in with customers to gauge satisfaction and educate them on our solutions
  • Staying updated on our product offerings
  • Handling partner inquiries and resolving or escalating as needed
  • Encouraging product upgrades and new purchases
  • Processing orders and managing deliveries
  • Keeping accurate records of interactions and customer feedback
  • Providing guidance and resources to help clients grow their sales
