BrokerLink has over 200 offices across Canada, offering a range of job opportunities including this Branch Manager, Personal Insurance position at our Saint John, NB office on a Permanent FT basis.
The Role:- You will build and lead a high-performing team.
- Drive business growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Collaborate with your management team and peers to develop strategic plans that drive outperformance.
- Implement and execute these plans by leveraging your team's skills and regional collaboration.
- Contribute to driving growth and brand awareness in your territory through marketing initiatives.
- Accountable for overall recruiting and staffing of your team.
- Responsible for managing, coaching, and developing your team, including regular one-on-one meetings and succession planning.
- Build and execute Engagement Action Plans, motivating staff to participate in company objectives and keeping them informed of changes.
- Ensure quality of service meets expected standards.
- Analyze and resolve service and sales problems and follow up with clients as needed.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key insurer partners.
- Assist in preparing and monitoring branch-level operating and expense budgets.
- Leadership and management experience.
- A proven track record of leading highly engaged teams across multiple locations.
- Experience leading in a hybrid environment.
- Understanding of customer needs (internal and external).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Team player and collaborator.
- College or university degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Management of projects or initiatives outside of daily responsibilities with multiple stakeholders.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Required to travel within the region as needed.
We estimate the salary for this role to be around $120,000-$150,000 annually, based on industry standards and location. The exact compensation package will be discussed during the hiring process.
