BrokerLink has over 200 offices across Canada, offering a range of job opportunities including this Branch Manager, Personal Insurance position at our Saint John, NB office on a Permanent FT basis.

The Role:
  • You will build and lead a high-performing team.
  • Drive business growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with your management team and peers to develop strategic plans that drive outperformance.
  • Implement and execute these plans by leveraging your team's skills and regional collaboration.
  • Contribute to driving growth and brand awareness in your territory through marketing initiatives.
  • Accountable for overall recruiting and staffing of your team.
  • Responsible for managing, coaching, and developing your team, including regular one-on-one meetings and succession planning.
  • Build and execute Engagement Action Plans, motivating staff to participate in company objectives and keeping them informed of changes.
  • Ensure quality of service meets expected standards.
  • Analyze and resolve service and sales problems and follow up with clients as needed.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key insurer partners.
  • Assist in preparing and monitoring branch-level operating and expense budgets.
Requirements:
  • Leadership and management experience.
  • A proven track record of leading highly engaged teams across multiple locations.
  • Experience leading in a hybrid environment.
  • Understanding of customer needs (internal and external).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Team player and collaborator.
  • College or university degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Management of projects or initiatives outside of daily responsibilities with multiple stakeholders.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Required to travel within the region as needed.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around $120,000-$150,000 annually, based on industry standards and location. The exact compensation package will be discussed during the hiring process.
