We are seeking a highly motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Virgin Plus in Saint John, Canada.

Compensation and Benefits

You will be rewarded with a competitive hourly wage plus uncapped commission, full benefits package, great incentives, rewards, trips, paid vacation, and employee discounts on services.

Job Description

This role requires providing tailored solutions and fabulous experiences to our members, being an excellent listener and communicator, meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets, always being learning and adapting to change, and being a team player by supporting and being there to help your team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess excellent listening and communication skills, be passionate about the latest technology, and have experience in Retail Sales, Customer Service, or Hospitality. Speaking another language is also an asset.
