We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Support Professional to join our team at BC LTD Prime Rentals.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role and a secondary school graduation certificate.

  • Determine and establish efficient office procedures and routines to streamline operations.
  • Schedule appointments and confirm them with clients and stakeholders.
  • Answer phone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Gather and compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
  • Manage office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure a well-stocked workspace.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting visitors, directing them to relevant contacts or service areas, and handling their queries.
  • Create and maintain accurate manual and computerized filing systems to ensure seamless access to important documents.
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Perform data entry tasks efficiently and accurately.
  • Oversee daily operations, planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating tasks to ensure productivity and efficiency.

This is a permanent position with a work language of English and a standard working week of 40 hours. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package.
