- Develop and implement office procedures and routines
- Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries
- Compile and analyze data, statistics, and other information
- Prepare and edit reports, documents, and correspondence
- Collaborate with senior management to advise on administrative matters
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and maintenance
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and reservations
- Provide administrative support to team members and ensure seamless day-to-day operations
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- 35 hours per week
- Permanent position
- English language
